Mentoring Church Planters (MCP)
Get the training to be maximally helpful to your mentee. Whether a mentee needs help staying on course, avoiding planting “landmines”, or encouragement to take a much needed prayer retreat, a mentor can help. This interactive training empowers mentors to recognize what church planters or leaders need, identify the four phases of church planting, prepare for the seasons of mentoring, and develop skills to powerfully support church planters.

Healthy Church Dynamics (HCD)
Our bodies have different systems: cardiovascular, nervous, respiratory and etc. They are independent, but if any one of them fails, the whole body fails. It is the same in the body of Christ. Eight systems in the body of Christ have been studied. We share what to do to develop the systems required to have a healthy body at any age and stage of life.

Church Planting Movements (CPM)
This training dives into the 13 Biblical Principles of church planting movements. You will discuss how to receive a Vision from God, communicate it to others, and recruit leaders to be a part of their team. We look at the calling and characteristics of a church planting movement Leader and the skills and strategies for accelerating a church planting movement. As in all of our trainings you will complete a practical project called an Implementation Plan that focuses on each organizations church planting vision, organizational structure, and a timeline to begin moving forward.

Church Planting Discipleship (CPD)
In this training, each participant will learn the basics of how to explain the gospel and gather believers through the various "fields" of church planting. This training is by far the most interactive and gives participants the opportunity to practice what they have learned before applying it in a real-life situation.

Master Trainer Certification (MT)
This course will certify you to become a multiplier of DCPI trainers. You will learn to train other CT's (Certified Trainers) with DCPI materials. You must already have become a DCPI Certfied Trainer, completed at least three DCPI training tracks prior to this course, trained others in DCPI trainings since becoming a CT, and have a vision for equipping DCPI Trainers and helping further DCPI within Europe. Prior to your certification the Senior Master Trainer hosting the training will help to discern if it is a good fit for becoming an MT.
